The XXIV ISEK Congress will be take place in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada June 22 – 25, 2022. Join us to celebrate a face to face conference, networking with colleagues and three days of great scientific exchange in the culturally rich location of Quebec City!

Registration Procedure:
Step 1: Become an ISEK member
ISEK members benefit from reduced registration fees, among other membership benefits (LINK TO MEMBERSHIP PAGE – https://staging.isek.org/membership/). If you are not currently a member of ISEK, you can join or renew prior to registering for the meeting.

*Note post doc rate refers to individuals who are within two (2) years of their terminal degree

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked, faxed or emailed prior to May 20, 2022. Following this date, no refunds will be issued. Delegates who must cancel due to contracting COVID-19 immediately prior to the meeting (within 10 days) or who’s travel is restricted due to be denied a flight due to COVID-19 positive test will receive a refund less 5% for credit card charges.
Transfer Policy:
There will be a charge of $75 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by May 20, 2022. Following this date, no transfer will be issued.
Please note, the XXIV ISEK Congress will be adhering to all local, provincial, and federal health guidelines for the safety of attendees. Additional safety measures may be implemented depending on the current requirements at the time of the congress. We appreciate the support and understanding as we endeavour to deliver a safe meeting for all delegates.

Book your accommodation in Quebec City early as the city is popular in June! There are two hotel options for delegates, both within a short walk to the Quebec City Convention Centre. We appreciate the support of the community in staying at one of the two host hotels as ISEK has financial commitments with them both.
